3.1 The characteristics of special vacuum brazing materials for diamond and 316 stainless steel are that the vacuum brazing materials are powder brazing materials and are made by ball milling.
The special vacuum brazing material for diamond and 316 stainless steel described in 4.3 is characterized by a diameter of 5mm during the ball milling process, a material-to-ball ratio of 2: a brazing material made by ball milling for 3 hours at a ball milling speed of 300 rpm.
5. Requirement 1~ Vacuum brazing method of diamond and 316 stainless steel, its characteristics are as follows:
(1) Boron fluoride removes the oxide film on the surface of 316 stainless steel: extract the vacuum degree at the bottom of the brazing furnace to 10-4Pa, add a mixture I of boron fluoride and high-purity argon gas above 5N, and then control the vacuum degree of 0.7 × 105Pa ~0.9×105Pa, heat up to 600°C~720°C, keep warm for 5~15 minutes;
(2) The hydrogen-nitrogen mixture reduces the oxide film on the surface of 316 stainless steel: replace the mixture I mentioned in step (1) into the mixture II containing hydrogen and high-purity argon above 5N, control the vacuum degree to 0.7×105Pa ~ 0.9×105Pa and increase the temperature to 750°C~850°C, keep warm for 5min~20min;
(3) Vacuum brazing stage: Stop flowing in the mixed gas II in step (2), evacuate to 0.8×10-3Pa~1×10-3Pa, raise the temperature to 1020°C~1040°C, and then keep it warm for 5min~20min. Vacuum brazing of diamond and 316 stainless steel uses special brazing materials for diamond and 316 stainless steel
